A: Media Access Control or M.A.C. address is a number used by network adapters to uniquely identify them. Every desktop, laptop, tablet and smart phone has its own unique M.A.C. address that helps to identify that device. The M.A.C. address contains no personally identifiable information about the owner of the device, just about the device itself; thus keeping the owner anonymous.

A: No, we cannot force a person to access your guest network. The terms & conditions of your venue’s social hotspot® platform is available to a potential user and stipulate all details in regards to accessing and using the network before the log in takes place.

A: The platform user will by default provide the M.A.C. address and information requested during the login process (for example gender, age, email address).

A: Yes, there is a one-time configuration fee at the start of the subscription period. Each access point is configured and programmed to your specifications.

A: It is important to assess your circumstance, needs and goals. That is why we will meet with you before making any recommendations on the number of access points and service package for you.
