A prominent F&B group recently activated social hotspot® at several different venues. Each venue has its own brand identity, location and concept proposition. The service adoption has been excellent. Looking at the first 3-month period after adoption, each venue recorded double digit % growth in terms of daily platform users, login requests and overall venue visitors. These results are attractive for today’s marketers as they can be sure that the location-marketing channel will have significant reach and impact. Not least is the measurement of campaigns and dynamic content posted of relevance in light of using each client touch point. In turn, higher adoption brings more behavior and guest profile insights helping the customer towards a data driven organization.
